Spent 130 as a present and although item was unopened in original packaging I was unable to exchange for anything else. This should have been made clear at the point of purchase. Obviously if the item was opened I would not expect to exchange something. I also now realised the same item is much cheaper elsewhere so feel mislead and ripped off... I would not shop here again and reccomend looking elsewhere for same products at better prices...
