Had Gavin conduct a survey for us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us a detailed report and was kind enough to phone us before and after the visit. Great communication and would highly recommend as a surveyor service.

Gavin Webb could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or professional during a recent site visit to evaluate our septic tank installation. General Binding Rules were clearly outlined and optiins explained without any pressure to invest or use his services further. Should we need to upgrade to a domestic sewage treatment plant we will have no hesitation in using White Rose Installations.

2 years after a poor installation by this company, the courts have awarded me a refund of 10,000 owing to the work being carried out to a poor standard. However, the company have defaulted on payment of all 3 instalments- so the owner Gavin Webb now has a CCJ against his name. Avoid this company- a poor standard of work and apparently not solvent.

Being a complete novice and soo out of my comfort zone with this category of works I contacted These guys for advice, Gavin got back to me within hours of my email being sent via phone call with some of the most useful, honest advice and help Ive ever received something that no longer comes with out a huge price tag these days ! Unfortunately I wasnt aware that I live on the opposite side of the country but he was still willing to help guide me through a solution so specific to my build. Cant guarantee their work but if its anything like their customer service I would highly recommend White Rose Sewage Installations!! Thank you Adam
