Fantastic, Having spent over two years looking and searching for some suitable flooring , I found these people during lockdown. so ordering was an act of faith which was richly rewarded. The Canadian boards are perfect in our Georgian farmhouse giving an absolutely authentic look and making everyone marvel at the width of boards. we subsequently ordered more for another room. delighted with the end result.

We bought some of the kiln dried canadian boards from Wendy and Wayne - and we couldn't be happier. The wood is absolutely stunning, it elevates our house to another level, and all the tradespeople have been absolutely bowled over by it. Wendy is also a delight to deal with: she is warm, knowledgable, and really cares about her product. Delivery was prompt and communication was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend getting your boards from these guys. Thank you!

Still awaiting a call back after contacting and leaving messages as we did not receive the amount we paid for. This space was measured by a builder and joiner before we ordered and yet we are 2.5 square yards missing it's a shame really coz the flooring is stunning but feel like we been ripped off and no one is ringing us back Update ... yes Lee came and picked up the amount that we had been short which is great but it did leave our joiner having to stop and then return again which of course impacted on his time and mine having to be home twice when I should have been at work, nor could he plan coming back as we could not get a response and he was waiting to finish the job. However the flooring is stunning and all down. If more care was taken ensuring the right amount came in the first place id be leaving 5 stars. But stunning ... No question

I have previously written a long review including photos to demonstrate, but for whatever reason, with no contact it has been taken down. My experience was terrible for the following reasons- - delayed delivery (2 months waiting causing delays in build) - delivery of wrong product, it was not the wood we ordered or were given a sample of. We were sent not only sent a different species of wood, but it was tongue and groove not classic plank boarding as ordered, and was hacked about and in a terrible state - denial of any issue and no offer to resolve - when chased, Wendy refused to return calls A refund was offered 4 months after the debacle started only after i threatened court action. If a company refuses to return your calls for months on end and when you do make contact blatantly lies to you and denies any issue, you somewhat loose faith in empty promises of a refund. I would not use this company ever again, and advice people to do a little more research on the owners of this company Wendy Price and Wayne Coleman. Wendy will absolutely lie to your face and completely misrepresent the truth.
