        Small but lovely little site. The facilities were absolutely spotless and the showers were easily warm enough for the coldest wettest stay. The owners were super friendly too. The local pub is also a gem and the Indian takeaway is also of a pretty good standard. Happy to recommend.

        Lovely small campsite with well maintained pitches. Peaceful location which is easy driving distance from York Park & Ride. Although small there were the best maintained facilities I've ever seen on a campsite of this size, they were absolutely spotless every time I visited. Owners really friendly. Lots of space for the kids to run around and had a policy of having vehicles off the main site so it was always safe. Would return again. Little playpark for the kids around the corner on some community land, along with a pub/Indian restaurant. Not the place to go for a party but great for relaxing.
