We received our Tia table base this week! The quality is fantastic and the welding is amazing! Really exceeded out expectations The customer service was also fantastic- Mike was always quick to respond to emails/phonecalls and answer any questions we had. Could not be happier. We ordered a bespoke table base to support a quartz table top. Its arrived on time and exceeded our expectations. Its a beautiful piece that really sets the room perfectly. We are delighted with the design, high quality and wonderful customer service. We spoke directly with Mike over the phone to agree what we wanted and he kept us up to date with progress. Despite the challenges with couriers this Christmas our table arrived on time ready for Christmas. Thank you Mike, its clear you really care about your customers.

We've owned a granite-topped dining table for over twenty three years that has lived in our south-facing conservatory.Recently, we became more aware that the original metal table has become a bit wobbly. We needed a change but could not have a traditional wooden table, given the wide fluctuations of temperatures and amount of direct sunlight it would have to endure. We were loathe the lose our lovely granite top. After being dismayed at the expensive and not-quite-as-nice examples in local furniture stores, we stumbled across Simply Tilia after a cursory search on-line. We have now just taken delivery of a new matt black Xea table and we love it. Mike Bateman dealt with our telephone enquiry and painlessly guided us in choosing the most suitably sized base. We ordered one during that initial call, something that I would not usually do, as I'm very much old-school, and like to see a product in person in order to see the quality before buying. I have to say that there was nothing to worry about. Mike was able to accommodate our needs and requirements and delivery was on spot-on time. We now have a re-born table that looks so much more elegant but is also far more stable. Also, I saved more than 2,000 and have managed to keep my beloved granite top. If anyone reading this review is wondering whether to use Simply Tilia, I would say to take the plunge. I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Tilia. A great table base and great service. I would use them again!

Mike recently designed a table frame for me and I was hugely impressed with the service received from the get go. He was quick to respond to questions and kept me updated from start to finish. Very impressed with the finished product and would certainly use him again. Could not come more highly recommended.
