Few years back the toilet facilities were renovated to a high standard. Unfortunately the hygiene standards in the mens toilet have progressively slipped as time has passed by. The single toilet has had a broken seat for well over a year, no one has ever cleaned behind the door, no soap today in the dispenser, the hand dryer ( an air blade type) has god knows what growing in the bottom and whatever is growing in the bottom of it gets blown straight back up into your face when you put your hands in, you cannot wash your hands properly because the tap wont stay on unless you keep it pressed down, general cleanliness was overall very poor and that is the usual standard. Given that the country is in the midst of a pandemic, and hygiene is of paramount concern, it is worrying to see that the most that can be done is plenty of toilet roll was available. Other than that i have always found the staff to be very friendly and the site in general fit for purpose.
