    Fantastic surgery. We are really lucky to have such an efficient, well run surgery with staff that really care. The level of care I received was unbeatable, I am truly grateful. Thank you

    No problem with the medical staff, speaking to one, is nigh on impossible. Tried for 3 days by phone/on line. Phone queue full and no on line appointments at 8.30am still trying.

    Howden Medical Centre is a great example of trying to digitalise everything and getting it completely wrong. The centre creates more work for themselves on a continual basis by asking everyone to do an e-consult no matter if you have spoken to a doctor already. So if you have an ongoing condition that requires a few check-ins with the doctor you can't phone up. You have to do the same process over and over again. This has occurred a few times now where the front end staff are always very dismissive and their response is always "do an e-consult'. Really poor service. Making it harder for patients to get access and also making it harder for themselves. I feel the medical side is very good but the admin/front end is always shockingly poor.

    From first coming here april 22 i have found them efficient and thorough. Yes slots for gp's tight as it is everywhere now, but they do their job. Reception staff the best i have ever come across and i am 60! Very friendly and deal kindly with you in an environment that is obviously stressful. They deserve 5*
