        4 weeks ago I could barely walk and wasn't sleeping with a thigh / groin injury - Heidi has worked miracles. Highly recommended has also other found tight areas - feel so much better.

        If we start by saying Im a complete beginner at any form of exercise really, Im a almost 42 year old with no coordination skills yet Im now 5 sessions into my PT with Heidi and I actually look forward to them. Heidis patient, she works me hard but understands sometimes ( most times) I need to be shown again. Ive also suffered with really bad lower back pain and had a sports massage which was amazing! Highly recommend Heidi shes magic .
