        Wayne came out on time when he said he would, I liked his straight talking no nonsense approach, he analysed our alarm pointing out possible problems, fixed and replaced the battery all in about half an hour. Job well done, Malcolm.

        Rang at 10.30 Wayne called me back at 10.40 and arrived to replace back up battery at 11.00. All done and dusted at 11.30 Why cant everyone provide such an excellent service. GREAT.

        Called MAP Security on a Saturday tea time because my mum and dad's house alarm was going off intermittently. I was worried about them having to deal with it overnight. Talked to a guy called Wayne who was lovely. He sent me instructions, with pictures to disable it. He talked me through the whole process and then said he would come in a couple of days to service and reconnect it. He was so helpful. I really appreciated the time he gave me on a Saturday night and was very relieved when the alarm went off. Would recommend 100%
