        So, two years ago I gave Cohens Chemist 4 stars - however, over the past year this chemist has gone downhill. No text notification regarding ready prescriptions and their young female staff are rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. They are completely disorganised and always take ages finding my prescription - and have even been asked in front of other customers 'what it's for', which I felt was a complete invasion of privacy. Their opening hours are almost useless for working people - I do not use their pharmacy any longer. Terrible service.
