A lifeline for chronic fatigue. Ive been working with Kate for a few months now and honestly the difference it has made has been life-changing. If you are considering Osteopathy with Kate at Glossop Osteopathy, do not hesitate. Her treatment really has transformed things physically for me, I wish I had tried Osteopathy years ago. Seeing Kate is the only thing to have made any difference since being prescribed orthotics over 20 years ago, and it has made a big difference. I had no idea how transformative Osteopathy could be. I have a rotation of my pelvis which I have had for over 25 years. For many years I have had persistent discomfort in all joints down one side and periods of pain. This long-term problem combined with injury, trauma and wear and tear (which we all have) meant the NHS could not provide a treatment which dealt with these combination of factors. Kate is amazing at her job and has tuned into my individual body and how it works (and how it doesn't!). She is extremely knowledgeable and tailers each treatment in response to how my body is reacting during the time in-between appointments. To boot, Kate is lovely and I feel at ease and cared for during treatment. Jo

Since I've started my sessions with Kate, I've been free of pain in my ankle first time in years. She has given me the confidence to go on longer walks, I thought I might never go on again. Kate is genuinely interested in the person she treats and her calm approach has put me at ease immediately. I would definitely highly recommend seeing her!
