The maths tutor Cheryl is brilliant. Can't fault her one bit, also the support staff are brilliant too. However whilst the new library is being built there's 4 parking bays for the whole of the centre and about 6 disabled bays, there is currently no disabled people there on the day I had to attend, the bays are marked with a laminated piece of paper stuck on the fence. I couldn't get parking one day so I telephoned the reception, explained the situation and the receptionist was a snotty c0w. And said I couldn't Park there and I'd have to park on the street even though I explained there wasn't any. So I just left Two weeks later couldn't get parking again, there was a big yellow box over a few of the disabled parking bays. So you can put a box there but don't allow learner's to park in one for two hours.. My brother also attends this place and they treat him like dirt. Making him do things he has no interest in doing for a career. If I ever get sent here again I'll be telling them politely where to shove it. Basically you're not expected to drive when you attend. I shouldn't have to risk parking my vehicle on busy side streets and pinch people's parking spaces outside their own home's. You say you have to provide disabled parking, yes I agree but you should also be realistic and provide parking for all whilst the library is being built and allow atleast 3-4 disabled bays to be used for two hours when there's no disabled people parking there at that time. All in all maths teacher and support staff are brilliant and they get 5 star's. The centre reception staff, other members of staff and parking is rubbish.
