        I visit this place frequently for alsorts and the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I'm in need of a bit of healing, their advice is incredible and always leave feeling better. You can tell the owners just want people to feel better, and their goal is optimum health. The supplements are amazing quality and the soaps are deeeelicious. My daughter calls it 'mummy's favourite shop' and she's not wrong. Great asset to Glossop.

        Adore this shop! Come here weekly for the delicious and cheap coffee and also love that they do refillable Epsom bath salts, laundry detergent and softener, loose leaf tea, and compostable sponges. Often being environmentally friendly and ethical is expensive but the prices are very reasonable. There's always a good selection of different plant based foods in the fridges (especially fun vegan cheese!) and the fresh bread and pies at the counter are a must try. Thank you!
