Christina and the team looked after my apartment initially as a rental property then assisted on the sale of it. It was hard for me to manage the apartment as I did not live locally. The service I received from them was exceptional and took away a lot of stress from my side. They were always on top of everything and great at communicating with me and keeping me updated. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Selling my house with Simple Lettings was a breeze. The staff were super helpful, supportive and available.... and I should add, patient with my endless last minute queries! Thank you guys, you are the best!

Ive been renting with these guys for nearly 4 years and Im just tired of having to ring about the mould and damp in the property thousands of times.. not only the staff is dead rude and dont care about the situation, they try to pin the blame on you. I would defo avoid at all costs. Ive attached pictures of the state of my bathroom wall!

Worst lettings agent Ive ever rented from. Unreliable with regards to repairs and customer service and also tried to be underhanded with regards to giving me back my deposit. considering the amount of money I was paying per month the whole experience was quite shocking rent from them at your own peral.

This is probably the worst letting agents that I came across. Went to visit a property with them and made an offer, after chasing them for an answer to my offer, they finally told me that the landlord was willing to sell and not rent. Fine, I asked them to see another property and finished making also an offer on that one, they told me that I needed to wait for a couple of days to receive an answer on my offer because they would need to make some more visits to the property... if I have done an offer, why are they not considering it? Why are they waiting almost a week to for more visits if they had already my offer? Cutting a long story short, even after the visits and receiving my offer last week, I still not have received any reply to my offer. Doing business with them seems to be a nightmare, they don't seem honest in the process so stay well away from them they are Terrible.
