We want to say a massive thank you to Alex and the team for there professional service whilst selling our home. Alex was so friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained the current market and gave us a realistic valuation. The house went on the market within 3 days and sold after 6. Alex marketed property not only taking pictures of the house but the surrounding area paying attention to detail. He was very passionate and motivated about his job without going overboard. The whole team have always been friendly and helpful which has made this stressful process easier to deal with. So from both of us to all of you thank you

We have recently been dealing with Alex Cunningham at the Glossop Office in connection with both the sale of our own property and the purchase of our lovely new home. From the outset we received First Class personal service from Alex and his team. Alex visited our property to give us an opinion of value and the figure he suggested was a very pleasant surprise, reassured by his confidence that the figure was achievable we went ahead with the marketing and within three days he carried out an accompanied viewing and shortly afterwards we were informed that we had received an asking price offer. At this point we hadnt actually found a property to purchase but based on our preferences he suggested we viewed one of the other properties on his books which turned out to be an ideal choice for us,. Throughout the whole process we have received nothing short of professional service, and good advice. The whole team have been friendly and efficient, communicating by telephone and email plus face to face appointments in the office and we totally satisfied with the service we received. It is a pleasure to write this review.
