I had been unable to walk or stand without pain for two months. I had stopped going out unless it was unavoidable and could no longer exercise. I had already visited a physio in February thinking I had pulled a muscle, but they simply agreed and performed a general massage (without assessment) which made no difference and advised me to rest. In contrast Sophie was very thorough and although listened to what I thought might be wrong, she conducted a full assessment of my range of motion before treating the affected muscles with a targeted massage and suggesting exercises. The difference was almost immediate and the pain and irritation in my knee was immediately reduced. Two days later, I'm able to stand without pain, I can walk better and I'm less fearful that something is wrong. Sophie was informative, cheerful and professional and I'm very grateful for her help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glossop Physio, the difference in approaches from previous physios was marked.

I've been receiving treatment from Glossop Physio for a few months now. I had a trapped nerve in my back and an aggravated nerve in my neck - fun times! Glossop Physio have been absolutely superb throughout the entire process, offering hands on treatment and targeted exercises to do at home. I would recommend Glossop Physio 100%.
