I came I spoke and I was helped.
My visit was due to my DBS check for HFUS (home for Ukrainian Refugees, or as i like to say guests.) although first minute was bit confusing (that was due to my language skills) ladies in library where really helpful and help me through the way of confirming im whom I'm. Although they did that few times already my case was weird and slightly different for them. That did not stop them from helping me and achieving final goal.
I will go there again. This time with big chocolate cake and flowers. To say thank you.
