I would highly highly recommend J D H Assessors because they acted completely independently and were absolutely fantastic. I instructed them privately to inspect my vauxhall zafira after it had become damaged with engine failure whilst at the vauxhall dealership. I received excellent customer service and was listened to regarding the issue my vehicle had and everything was taken on board and looked at carefully. I had also used other companies which turned out to be big let downs and biased, but J D H Assessors acted completely honestly, fairly and professionally. The engineer John was not afraid to challenge the garage on the issue my vehicle had and got down to the bottom of the root cause. Would like to thank this company so very much.
