        Rude unhelpful staff, more interested in standing round chatting than helping disabled customers. No help with rectifying my issues of telling me something was ready to collect when it wasnt and me doing a 34 mile round trip. Got told to come back tomorrow. Which I cant. The back of a till receipt slapped in front of me with a complaints telephone number on. No consideration for the fact my disability means I cant use a telephone. Absolutely no point wearing my sunflower lanyard to indicate more support maybe needed. Just decent behaviour from 1 human being to another would have been a start. I felt ganged up on by the 5 women workers casually chatting and mocking my requests for help. Absolutely appalling behaviour. And we wonder why all the Argoss are shutting down? It will be an Amazon Prime for me in the future. Never again an Argos
