NASTY and RUDE staff member SHOUTED at my dad today, and he is a pensioner! He and my nephew were waiting to ask a shop assistant if they coulf look at an item which was just behind the counter and in the window. The shop assistant was in the back room chatting away to someone and not paying any attention to customers. So my dad reached for the item seeing as she was occupied by chatting. All of a sudden she appeared and told him off for going behind the counter! Totally unacceptable way to speak to a customer or indeed anyone. This is supposed to be AGE UK, therefore they're supposed to care about OAPs but obviously not in this case. Miserable old witch that works there needs to learn a few people skills.
