Sat outside and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Ordered at the bar but drinks served to out outside table.
Striding Riding beer, quite bitter but a good pint
Dog friendly. Took our own water but they were happy to supply more.
Didn't eat but the meals looked really good and we heard complements from other customers.
If in the area again I would go back and Hovingham looked a lovely village to explore
