I recently ordered some yoga cards for my family. My children suffer with anxiety, adhd and PTSD. These cards have been phenomenal in raising their self esteem and love towards themselves and each other. Gemma has been amazing throughout ordering, and supporting too. These cards and this business is a gift from God and honestly you would be mad not to be involved. Thank you for all your help.

I recently ordered the Yoga Cards after watching the development of them and getting really excited about the idea of using them with my son. I am so not disappointed that I took the gamble of ordering them pre release. Delivery was prompt and I loved the personal touch of knowing who in the family had picked and packed my order. The cards are beautifully illustrated and perfect size for children to pick up and put in front of them to look at the pose to then copy it. They came in a lovely cotton bag with an instruction card explaining different games which could be played with the cards as well as a link to the website to see more ways to play / videos and for you to submit your own suggestions for games. My son is 5 years old and absolutely loves the cards. He has asked to try doing the poses everyday since we got them and he even noticed that we could play snap with them without me telling him that was one of the suggested games. At the moment we are having fun trying out the different poses and he gets so excited when he can do the pose the same as the card. Some of the poses are a little harder for yoga novices but he's having fun trying them and it's great that they are suitable for all ages and yoga abilities. I can't recommend these yoga cards highly enough.
