We moored up at Wroxham marina on day 3 out of 7 it was mid morning on a Friday and we needed to pump out our loos ,we paid 20 and the guy was doing ours next so we sat in the sun with our roof open waiting and waiting no-one came to us so we went to the office on the marina to be told the pump had broken and would not be fixed till the mon 3 days later the lady never gave us any information on where we could get a pump out ,then wdnt on to say the loo's on the marina shut at 6 pm also no shower facilities there which isnt good for a large marina like Wroxham so very disappointed ,ive looked at the map we were moored up where norfolk broads direct offices were to the right side of the bridge opposite the laundrette so gave i git the wrong marina? Do apologise if i have I'll re right the review
