Ordered through the app delivery was 1.45 late I rang the restaurant twice and was assured twice food was five mins away when the food did eventually arrive the onion bahji and the rice were stone cold and the chicken slightly warm. I paid 20.18 for a meal that could not be eaten. You can not request refund from the app and there is no way to complain on the app about cold food. I will not use these guys again and I was actually a regular customer

Absolutely disgusting experience. Called a total of 16 times over nearly 2 hours asking where my food was. Was dismissed saying it left 5 mins ago. Same line every time which is clearly a fob off. Was hung up on and told to f-off twice! Food arrived 2 hours late and freezing. Refused to accept it. Shouted at me telling me never to order from them again. as if I would! Insane attitude to have- this was my first time ordering with them! AVOID!!!!!
