Katrina James Hair Studio

I've had to use my Dad's account for this review. I can't recommend this salon enough. I had an awful experience a a Norwich salon and was due to have a interview that afternoon and just couldn't face going with my hair as it was. I walked in to Katrinas on the off chance and explained the situation and they fitted me in straight away. I had a full olaplex treatment and Nicola was just amazing as I was extremely upset. She explained exactly what I needed to do and I had absolute trust in her from the word go and boy I was not wrong. She was amazing and so were all the staff, very supportive of the situation and I can finally come out the house again. Thanks Nicola and I very much look forward to seeing you all in again. This our local hairdresser and we have been going to them for quite some time, and the staff are very friendly and always smiling and of course professional in what they do. We cannot vault them and recommend them for anyone needing a hairdressers.
