Attended the puppy school classes and found them really helpful. Ive had puppies before but still extremely helpful and a lot more to remember than I had, Claire really covered it all in a short space of time. She also helped us all understand our own individual dogs behaviours, needs and how best to train them. Thank you. Great that the whole family could attend too so we are all doing the same thing.

As new puppy owners we were struggling to know where to start with training. Claire's Puppy School classes were brilliant, well-structured and easy to follow, and got us off to the best possible start. Our puppy started off quite nervous around other dogs and Claire was so helpful, making adjustments so that she wasn't overwhelmed and gradually building her confidence in a positive way - at the end of the course she was like a different puppy! Can't recommend highly enough and will be booking onto Puppy College for the tricky teenage phase.

We very much enjoyed taking our puppy to Claire's Puppy School Classes at Wroxham. We found the class environment nice and calm and very informative, with clear advice and demonstrations. We are happy to continue ours and our puppies training with Claire and have signed up for Puppy College with her.

We recently attended a Puppy College course run by Claire after previously attending puppy school the year before. Over the six weeks we learned lots of new techniques and ideas to improve engagement and basic skills for our dog and improve our relationship. However, the best part of the course for us was how Claire supported us and our dog throughout. He has always been a nervous and anxious dog and unfortunately had an incident a day before our first class. As soon as we told Claire she made adaptations in the class, and after seeing how difficult it was for our dog to focus and relax she gave us a separate space where we could still participate and be engaged whilst managing his anxiety and stress levels. Over the six weeks Claire spent extra time and gave us lots of tips and ideas on how to increase confidence and reduce anxiety both in and outside of the class. Claire was always willing to be flexible with our set up and participation in the class, which allowed us to have a slow but steady increase in exposure and involvement with the group. We couldnt have asked for any more to be done and Claire went above and beyond to make the experience as good as possible for us. We knew it wouldnt be possible to solve all of our issues within the six weeks, but by the end we had a dog who was much more able to relax and focus in the company of other dogs, something which was almost impossible in week one. We dont believe all trainers would have been so accommodating, patient and helpful as Claire was and would recommend the classes to anyone.

Great puppy sessions for owners and puppies alike. Friendly and caring to all attendees in a small group setting making it easy for puppies n owners alike. We liked our first classes so came back with puppy number 2
