        Complete waste of time. 2nd time I've been in and waited ridiculous time for service. Ended up walking out today. 3 people in queue and only 1 cashier. Wasn't anywhere near helped in the 10mins I waited. Previously been in with a 7 person queue length and still only 1 cashier. What is the point on you being open if you can hardly help people

        All I want to do is pay a cheque into my account! However, finding a branch that is actually open after 3.30pm is all but impossible ......contacting Barclays by telephone IS impossible.....what happened to human customer service!? I am fed up and seriously considering moving my account to somewhere more accessible, with better customer service and a bank that will make my life easier rather than harder!!

        Not great, in my day they used to have mystery shoppers,( I could have been one for all they knew ) today, lady who served me was talking to another woman and made me wait , no smile, no hello, and no using of name.Barclays has definitely gone downhill .Has definitely lost the friendly, personal touch, covid or no covid .
