Its been 6months and still waiting for this company to fix our intercom. Excuses and cancelled appointments at the last minute knowing people have taken time off from work to accommodate them. I have a feeling that after they o carry out the work, that i will be revising here...

Just another sterling review to add to the fantastic reputation of this company. Broken gate reported in December but still broken in March. The genius they hired apparently attended in February but couldnt gain access to a gate that was broken and therefore not preventing entry to anyone. I will spend the rest of my life trying to understand this

AST looks after our building, we have been waiting more than 6 months and still waiting for our building entrance door to be repaired. They left a hole in the wall where the fob needs to be installed with wires sticking out. This is just unacceptable. They charge the landlord for visits during which they dont do anything. May 22 Update - the doors are still broken.

I phoned them,asked if they could come back and make my intercom louder as I have a hearing problem. They said that they would come next day in the morning, by 3.30 I phoned them again they said that they will be there in 30 mins.A week later im still waiting, don't use this company

Awful, the same problems occur and they continue to come out and 'fix' as the other reviews say they make everything worse. Cannot believe people use them.
