        Apparently the opening timings are until 14:00 pm on last Tuesdays of the month. Which wasn't mentioned anywhere. It's such inconvenience to travel 3 hours journey to findout you can't be seen. Ridiculous.

        Appalling customer service , better speak to a tree or a brick you will find out more than from any employee there . Not really surprised there is backlog of few years . It's easier to reach Osama Bin Laden by phone rather than this place , same with email , Osama already answered my email, but they haven't. Shocking !!!
