I've been having weekly sessions with Azim at Sky Therapy since my skiing accident. I was a bit aprehensive as I've seen mutliple physio's and sports therapists before and being given no long term solutions. However after my first session with Azim he was able to identify and pinpoint my injury and consult me on what I needed to do to recover. Furthermore he has provided a diverse range of techniques and methods to improive the mobility and stability in my shoulder combiuned with exercises outside of sessions to speed up recoever. Azim is very friendly, down to earth and professional. I'm sure he has a bright future ahead of him and I can't recommend him highly enough.

After only a month into treatment I'm already making more progress than I made in 3 months seeing a chiropractor alone. Azim is super knowledgeable, and takes the care and attention needed to provide treatment that works. Would recommend giving these guys a try.

I am so grateful for the care and expertise that Azim from Sky Therapy provided me in managing my severe right upper back pain. My journey up to that point was over four years of being both frustrated and in immense pain, with doctors and surgeons misdiagnosing my condition multiple times and resulting in multiple MRI scans and referrals to different clinics. It was disheartening to hear that there was nothing that could be done to help me. Thankfully, Azim was able to identify the root cause of my pain - a large knot in my muscle around my scapular region - and provide me with the appropriate treatment plan to alleviate it. His knowledge and expertise in physiotherapy were evident in his approach, which involved breaking down the knot through sports massages, exercise, and stretches. This approach was incredibly effective and allowed me to enjoy sleeping again for the first time in over four years. What impressed me the most about Azim was his commitment to understanding the underlying issue causing my pain. He took the time to learn about my work style, which is mainly desk and driving based, and how that led to poor long-term posture, resulting in the buildup of pain in my upper back. This personalized approach to my treatment plan has provided me with a long-term solution to prevent the recurrence of my pain.
