Dirty, run down, short staffed (really nice staff though) shop in general dispair and in dire need of a lot of tlc

Horrible worst customer service, went for online collection, the shop was empty, the guy pharmacist didnt bother to serve me and told me to wait for another member of staff (who was inside) just because he was busy chatting in his mobile with family member (as understood from his phone conversation), waited 10 mins for the other member who is as lazy as the pharmacist he asked me about the name and told me to write it down a piece of paper, i wanted to show him ID to avoid using public pens used by tens of people a day to avoid infection for my open hand wound as adviced by GP and because vulnerability concerns, he didnt care and told me to write the name down, so I did, and then I asked to use sanitiser coz no where i could see one , to my surprise the Lazy pharmacist told me: we dont keep sanitiser here and covid is restriction is over!!! I said I am vulnerable he replied : buy one here!. It is supposed to be a PHARMACY for heaven sake just common sense! very rude. This shop need to be closed and inspected, not to mention that the shop is clearly dirty, unorganised and in need of repair! This does not represent boots image at all, its like an off-licence dirty shop! By the way there are cameras inside this shop you would think the staff will behave good, Alas!
