Got a job through Reed a few years ago, was a temp maternity cover through Vinny. They paid me less than what was agreed for about a month, when I told them they didn't seem to understand but after breaking it down they finally realised it was short. They then changed my pay going forward but instead of backpayment for the shortfall they offered me a voucher which was of no use to me at all. Didn't make up for the whole amount and wasn't even something I'd use. To add to this, the temp cover ended 6 months earlier than agreed. They didn't help find a job after, they didn't bother saying anything to the company just so they don't look bad. Definitely wouldn't use Reed again. Very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. Can't even do basic maths

I was hunting for jobs when a friend of mine recommended reaching out to a Reed Specialist Recruiter. I reached out to Vinny Basra asking if there were any Engineering opportunities available. Vinny got back to me immediately , telling me that Engineering was dealt by another recruiter and passed on my details to said person and ensured that they reached out to me. I have managed to land a job due to their proactiveness. Very helpful , would 100% recommend if you're struggling to land your first job.
