The admin side of this business is absolutely shocking, I have spent days trying to get stuff done that they had said would be done for me. There is so much wrong with this business so stay away. I am still trying to get my money back that they have said they would do but they now are not taking calls/replying to emails. Issues I have faced: The agreed price was changed immediately after signing up to use the services and paying first amount. The account opening was supposed to include insurance they set up, however, I had to spend hours chasing them up to actually get them to set this up. After the purchase fell through they promised to handle the insurance claim but have lied about submitting a claim that wasted months and delayed sending me the requested information I needed to make the claim myself. I have wasted days on trying to get this moved forward but their communication has been appalling. I am still waiting for my money back and to try and close my account and have nothing more to do with this business months after everything should have been closed and finished. Stay away, it is all so unprofessional.

Very happy to have gone with march & bloom and would recommend to others. Dilshad, Ronnie and the team pushed through a complex, newly listed apartment and picked up on many points that the sellers solicitors had missed. We were kept informed throughout the process and will be using again in future.

Excellent choice! I was a first time buyer and Khilna did an amazing job getting the sale to completion as quickly as possible. Khilna kept me updated throughout the process and was always happy to explain the details. She took time out, explaining pending matters and next steps.
