I have been a patient here for over 20years. I feel over all that time I have been cared for in a good, dignified way. Of course, things don't go right to our expectations of a service, however, these dedicated people look after us very well.

Very bad service. I have been suffering from chronic urticaria for 6 years constant scratching all over my body. But the doctor told me to take more antihistamine thats it . They asked me to take blood test and wouldnt refer me to any specialist. So basically told me to take antistamine and deal with the scratching. Called in to book blood test appointment kept me on hold for 1 hr 20 min and the gp closed. Kept saying next on line and bi one answered.

I would give 0 to be honest.The customer service is not even great disappointing always says ohh we are fully booked for the appointment before even stating what are we calling about. I told the lady can u check the 1st available date she said no and starts divert. I told her to call the manager and they put me on hold for a long time
