the lady attending the place could be a bit more accomodating and orient people on how the machines are operated and how much they need. Instead of having this condescending tone w/c is unecessary as not everyone coming in is familiar with the process. She also gets the customers to show others what button to press or where the detergents are poured. This would not be needed if a run through was done by her or a member of staff in the first place. a little change in the service and attitude would go a long way and get more customers to come back. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Clothing alterations & repairs
