        The worst gp...Really you are coming in time for the appointment and you need to wait till they you'll call you...Very disappointed with the staff and with the phone calls

        I wouldn't even give 1 star to this practice. This is one of the gp practice that it will never understand the patients situation and concerns but they will give you their inconvenient advice which feels you bully. Please guys do not register with this GP practice otherwise you will regret like me. It took me 2 months to register this practice and I have been having problems since then. They failed to even issue my repeated prescription I had to call 111 for numerous time for my emergency pills.They make extra effort to made patients life miserable. Some very rude and ignorant staff in this practice. They refuse to give a proper answer and not even bothering send a valuable information for patient. Very disappointing and the worse ever receptionists I have ever across so far in my life. And few times I asked to speak with the manager or my doctor but they say that I need to book an appointment. What a waste of tax payers money this practice. It needs a proper investigation.

        They are so USELESS, and have put my life at risk, in such a bad way that I am faced with considering leaving the uk to avoid suffering so much.........!!
