I have to agree with many of the reviews on this site already. You just cannot get through, yesterday I was on hold for 30 minutes, when I got to 2nd position in the queue it cut me off. Another 30 minutes later, they told me they had no appointments to see the Dr and this was first thing in the morning.

I have been going to GP practice for many years and I have had many bad experiences with receptionists here. Although, recently this GP practice has hired new receptionists and staff and my experience has been much more welcoming. I would like to thank Honey, Philip, Keshani and Abigail Fernandes.

I hardly attend this surgery. I am trying to book my appointment for blood test and I found it is so hard to get through the receptionist at 2.30pm. The phone just rings for more than 30minutes. After holding for 30min the receptionist finally answers the call and disconnects the call without giving any appointment for blood test. I feel bad that I cannot get appointment for blood test as on multiple occasion the phone is kept on hold for more than 30minutes.

Receptionists they dont know what they are doing ,things they disappear all the time ,mistakes done all the time ,the GP ask referrals for specialists , no appointment is done and then on the system says you been seen without been contacted ,it did get worst in the last few years , now the covid is an excuse for brainless people , they just dont want to do anything

Really bad booking service & staff. The surgery opens at 8 am but the staff set the phone voice service to say "Due to exceptionally high volumes we are very busy" & the line disconnects !!!. This happens until 9 am after which they enable the service and you are put in a long queue. This is a regular thing and when we go in to complain they act as if all is well & nothing wrong with their phone service. All appointments become full by 9:30 am and they advise us to call first thing in the morning & then this happens. Called up today & after briefly explaining my issue the lady ask me what the issue was !! I then had to explain everything again.
