After the worst experience with a previous accountant, I was so happy to have found Pearl Accountants, and I have since recommended them to many people. My client accountant has been so attentive and takes the time to answer all my questions - literally goes above and beyond. My last accountants were too small and very disorganised, but Pearl has a good operating model, so I feel that my accounts are well covered and I'm getting the most professional service.

After having really bad experience with my previous accountant (missing deadlines, incorrect tax calculations etc which costed me over 500 in penalties) I decided to give Pear Accountants a try. They were very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and I liked the way they approached new, potential client. No hard sale, great customer care. I went to meet my accountant Darshana, who is lovely and knowledgable! She explained things I should have been told by my previous accountant, took the time to make sure I understand all and answered all my questions. Communication is spot on, they get back to you in less than 24 hours. So far I am very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for accounting services. Thank you!

I am a sole trader(no limited company). Previously went to them to ask to do my accounts in Hounslow. They demanded fee upfront, before asking anything, which I paid. The accounts they did were a disaster. When I tried to confront them, logged a formal complaint, I was fobbed off and no recourse to get my fee back. I have since filed my own Tax return online with HMRC and didnt have any issue. Stay away from these money grabbing fraudsters.
