Delayed this review to give benefit of the doubt but this dealership is a joke, avoid at all cost. Read below.. Bought a VW tiguan back in October 2021, a few days in I notice the interior soaked in water over what seemed to be a sunroof leak. This came at my surprise having been told the car has already been tested for leaks before purchase. They agreed to have a look into the issue but returned with no fix and as the roof was opened now parts of the car is unstable. Also please be aware theyll forge receipts for service and mechanical work using their friends at speed fit tyres. Having been told the timing belt has been changed with a receipt from speedfit tyres. I took this to a personal mechanic who confirmed that the timing belt is indeed due for a change and no work has been done so far. Funnily enough speedfit tyres is where they took the car to have a look into the leak. Paid nearly 5 grand of hard earned money to these frauds. Advice to stay from these liars or be more thorough than I was. Not worth doing business with.

Bought a car from these, had an incorrect tyre size on the rear , meaning I could get 6 points on my licence . Rang dealer who said he would pay so I had the tyre fitted . Never paid and was abusive, warranty not honoured, spare key never sent in post, money paid into private account not business. I would avoid at all costs unless you too want to get stung. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nobody in their right mind would buy a car from this place. Went to look at a car that was advertised on Autotrader. Gave them plenty of notice before we arrived. Car wasn't ready. Took them a while to even find the keys. No service history for the car at all. Dodgy paint job on one of the doors with no record or explanation. Whole place was a dump.
