Very poor service and bad attitude from the owner. Although I was pleased with my eyebrows, I was very unhappy with my manicure. The nail technician cut my skin with the tools and my skin started to bleed. I have no idea if the equipment was even sanitised beforehand. Whilst my nails were drying, I saw him put back the equipment without disinfecting it, after he used it on his own hands. He also refused to clean around the edges of my skin around my nails where there was nail varnish. What an absolute disappointment. I expected a professional end result not to leave with a messy job and nail varnish on my skin. Furthermore, I am more concerned about the potential health risks posed to me due to my skin having been broken from the equipment used. I will now need to see my doctor and have a blood test as a precaution; this is because some diseases like hepatitis can be transmitted via nail clippers if it came into contact with contaminated blood and wasn't sanitised properly. The owner had zero interest in my complaint, when he should because it's his premises, even if the nail service operates independently. He just made the situation worse by being rude and dismissive of my concerns. I shouldn't come in to do a manicure and then leave needing a health check up.
