WORST shipping company experience. STAY AWAY - please READ the negative reviews carefully before choosing them. You will see a common thread that your items end up destroyed. We shipped furniture that they suggested we pay an extra 600 per item to crate and pellet to INSURE it arrives intact. They did no such thing, Murano glass table was completely shattered, huge glass bar table that lights up - shattered. The worst of them is Nidal the director of the company who basically said not our problem - you wont be getting anything back - he didnt even care to investigate what went wrong - they really should be shut down for fraud. Read the negative reviews carefully PLEASE - they wont package anything properly & have the WORST customer service, Nidal is probably the rudest person you can speak to and sadly I can now see from the negative reviews that many people had their stuff broken (wish I had read this earlier) and Nidal did nothing besides telling me in an insanely rude way - "you won't get anything back". NO INVESTIGATION, then he had the audacity to lie and say we never asked for extra packaging. SHOCKED. I showed proof of all the items arriving from the port - broken on arrival with video footage. They are really horrible - they pride themselves on being better priced but believe me you end up paying WAY more at the end than what they tell you. They dont even tell you when the shipment arrives so you end up paying storage fees (we paid about 800 dollars extra) - our furniture is completely destroyed and it was in a container! High end furniture shattered. When I FINALLY reached Nidal after chasing him for almost two weeks and confronted him, he proceeded to get off the phone as quickly as possible. He then said "yeah as I said you're not getting any compensation back". Stay away! Insane loss of money using this company. Better of going for any other PROFESSIONAL company - AT THE VERY LEAST you wont end up paying hidden charges and have your items destroyed. If only I read the negative reviews before to see that broken items is a common thing.

MASSIVE WARNING - ALL OF OUR ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. This company is a fraud. I cant believe how badly packaged everything arrived. So many things arrived destroyed and damaged. Stuff thats irreplaceable. I might as well have thrown my stuff out instead of having them shipped. We paid for insurance and Arab Cargo never sent us the papers even when we kept asking for them (even before we received the disastrous delivery). The owner NIDAL was so rude he hung up on my face when I told him to investigate what happened and questioned why our items arrived this way! I called them every day for two months and he would never take my call and have someone else answer instead and say he was busy. They have some edge on the market because they speak Arabic and claim to have lower prices than others - a friend of mine in shipping told me they have a horrible reputation among cargo companies - if only I knew this earlier!!! Please trust me when I say ANY other professional company is a better choice than this one, they lie about everything and NEVER update you or get back to you when you call, the only time they chase you is when theyre requesting you to pay for the shipment. Massive massive warning! Many of the bad reviews highlight the same thing, Arab Cargo destroying items and then not doing anything about it and telling you to leave them alone. I shipped everything I own with them. My whole life. Zero compensation, explanation, or accountability.
