Casey has just completed the second let of my property and, once again, I have been very impressed with her professionalism. I have had hardly anything to do as she has dealt with everything relating to the outgoing and incoming tenants. I would certainly recommend Casey at Gibson lettings.

Casey Gibson let our home just before Christmas and tenants moved in today. Casey was easy to deal with, professional and advised us on everything along the way with no hassle and was at great value also compared to the bigger agents fees offering the same service. Casey also on the day of moving went a step further and was helping the tenants with moving in their belongings, which I have never seen before. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience, not professional and rude agent (probably the only person in the company, agent/owner/own boss without supervision). They mentioned parents in a business email, I lost both my parents last year, even after let them know they didn't apologise and carrying arguments on a personal level. The lack of training and conflict control techniques are embarrassing, also acting like they are entitled of some kind "over the law" power, they declared in an email "I can accept 2 months notice" when the contract requires one. Make yourself a favour and run away from this agent, you will save time and stress.

Truly a horrendous experience. Two days before the date the agent was supposed to give us the keys she claimed emergency work needed doing in the flat and then pushed the move in date back. She clearly had no regard for the difficult situation she had put us in. After she told us the news we were informed that we'd get a call back to sort out a move in date - after not hearing anything for a few days we decided to give her a call, in which her response was aggressive and was told not call her again and she'll be in touch later. She failed to communicate accordingly and used multiple excuses to why she had not sorted out the issue such as managing other properties, christmas and multiple repairs. Like others on here we were shocked by Casey's aggressive and arrogant response. I'm sorry but you don't put a flat up for rent, advertise it with a move-in date and then claim there was work that needed doing two days before the move in date that you proposed. Her rude and aggressive behaviour shows how the agent responds to issues of her own creation. She aggressively told us that we should be grateful over the fact that the landlord is spending money doing emergency work (not too sure why we should be grateful for the landlord carrying out a legal obligation) and given the amount of excuses she used over the period I find it slightly hard to believe. She clearly does not know how to communicate and all you have to do is read other reviews on here to notice the trend. Honestly one of the worst individuals I've had the pleasure to come across and should not be near a sales role. I sympathise with those living in properties managed by this women.

We recently rented our our new house through Gibson Lettings and everything went smoothly. Casey guided us throughout the whole process and there wasn't a single problem. Communication was always polite and to the point, but at the same time Casey provides a personal customer experience. I'll be happy to recommend Gibson Lettings to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you
