The lady who works there is very rude , i have never seen such bad customer service. She does not know how to speak with manners when customers come into her shop . I will never drop my parcel there again as i dont trust them . DO NOT GO THERE !

AVOID GETTING YOUR PARCELS DELIVERED HERE. They gave my parcel away to someone else, despite needing ID to collect it. Owner blamed the worker and even said this has even happened before, but isn't doing anything to sort it out. Not trustworthy at all. Better off going to another pick up locaton otherwise your parcels will get lost.

Went to drop Evri parcel and abrupt staff member refused to take it because (she said) she didn't have enough room and to come back tomorrow. Well, I won't be coming back tomorrow because I took my parcel to another shop where it was accepted and where the staff have better manners.

It says theyre an evri parcel shop but they refused to take my parcel because its a Sunday, even though I explained today is the final day I have to send it (returns label expiring today). Refused to listen, insisted I should come back tomorrow even though thats too late.
