They own the properties upstairs and are really bad landlords. They take vunrable heating and place them in studio flats with no heating etc. I've reported them to the Council and they have promised to liaise with the owners (5 brothers) and to fine them.

Waited in the queue in front of one of the tills and when it was my turn the cashier simply went to other till and served the customer whoa had queued there after me first. Won't be going back with that customer service. A shame really since it's not a bad local store
