Russell and the team are just fantastic professionals to work with, and have successfully completed two projects for us now - both on time and on budget. They recently transformed a tired period property into our dream home. Russell shared our vision for the end result and delivered the creativity and enthusiasm to make it all work. We like that Russell and the team have high standards and take pride in their work. They are hard workers and good guys, and even tolerated my wife as project manager! I would have no hesitation in recommending Key Building Works.

We've recently had a wrap around ground floor extension done by Russell and the team at Key Building Works. The house looks superb. Russell's team stuck to their originally quoted timelines and delivered a beautiful, and energy efficient extension that doubles our usable living space. Russell helped us through around 2 years of a complicated planning process (Richmond Borough) and followed up with a 6 month build which looks great. We lived upstairs throughout the work and the team were always polite, helpful and as non-disruptive as we could expect. When things were challenging (as in any build) Russell and his team were great at talking through our options and helping us come to decisions. They were really flexible in a tough time with materials and labour being in short supply. Would thoroughly recommend Russell and all his team - thank you.
