Manzil is always my Fav place, shisha is always good and service is best. It was closed for some work last week, hopefully it will be a surprise when it will be reopen. I saw new owner when I visited last time, I found her very polite and well mannered.

This is worst shisha lounge in Hounslow. I am disgusted with there service, there was rats all over kitchen and the people dont care. I once saw a chef eat from the floor as he was eating biryani and then made food with his hands without washing them to then make customers food. Its awful and I ashamed. Disgusting. 1/10.
