I wish I could give negative rating. Took 3 month to build our bathroom. Took half payment and went to India stating emergency issues, leaving the job on unprofessional people. Those people ran off stating un payment of their dues by this builder. After his return bathroom was carried out people who damaged our property further repaired with cheap quality materials . Everyday there were new faces who have no idea what they have to do as they wait either his instruction or material from him. After 3 months vanity of bathroom has spoiled and getting back to GM bathroom they said this builder didnt install it correctly which causing it to damage. He has stop responding to our messages .

Called Arun from Cozy Home Improvements to do some works in the bathroom. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that we decided to get the whole bathroom redone and it was the best decision I made. From start to end everything was explained and the project was carried out without any disruption to me and my kid. The whole team was very courteous and friendly. After this we are getting out Kitchen refurbishment and that too will be done by Arun and his team. We were looking for an handyman to renovate our flat before we moved in and we wanted someone who was reasonable in pricing and also who would get the work done in fixed amount of time. We are happy to say that Mr Arun did not disappoint us at all. He also made sure that majority of the works got completed before our move-in by working extra hours. Mr.Arun was very helpful and accomodating in changes in design when the work started. I would highly recommend him and would definitely contact him again for future work.

I obtained a quote from Arun for removal of an interior wall to create a larger kitchen area, building a small utility in a garage space, creating a doorway into another part of the garage and fitting a new kitchen. The quote was VERY competitive, and was less than half the price of another quote i obtained. Arun and his team turned up, as promised and on time. There were several setbacks, all of which were as a result of me not measuring properly or not mentioning certain things, but Arun and Hit resolved them all whilst keeping to the overall quote and timescales. Their expertise in their field meant that they could suggest alternative arrangements to the kitchen that Magnet had designed to maximise the space and make best use of an island, that clearly didn't fit where we wanted it, but that we were determined to have. The result is a beautiful, spacious kitchen, expertly fitted. ARUN and Hit were friendly, accommodating, and were good lads to have around for the fortnight, but above all they were excellent value for money and their product and service is fantastic. We have already recommended Cozy Home Improvements Ltd to my family members and will be asking Arun to return to complete further work some time after November 2021. I won't consider getting other quotes from anywhere else and will wait for Arun's availability, because i won't find better, or as good, anywhere else.
