        The other day my friend and I were in the shop browsering the different products and a staff member named Barbara H came over to me and my friend. She began to question us if we had a discount card and asked us if we needed help. She kept approaching us, it made us feel uncomfortable and made us that we were not welcomed. This has made us feel real uncomfortable and the customer service is very poor, very unprofessional Please be aware of this colleague if she comes and approaches you
