DO NOT TAKE AN EXAM HERE! - The exam room is cramped and un-airconditioned. If there are more than 3 people taking an exam you will be uncomfortable. - There is no sound insulation, so you can hear the receptionist/invigilator having a conversation outside, people shouting in the adjoining building, and the lessons being delivered elsewhere in this centre. Not conducive to a productive or successful test environment. - With 2 questions to go the internet failed. No action was forthcoming for 15 minutes. The receptionist was unable to properly communicate the problem to the customer support on the phone, and did not deign to ask me any questions about what happened. The manager was more helpful, but I was unable to complete my exam or get the best score possible as a result. While very apologetic about the situation, this is unacceptable considering the cost of exams people take here, and the very nature of the services they profess to provide! Consider taking your exam anywhere else.

I went to attend one of the certification exam. This review is completely based on my observations Good 1. Very nice coordinator, helpful, prompt and follow the rules as per guidelines ( justify her role) 2. Close to Hounslow high street, entry beside Pret a manger. Need improvement 1. Little bit messy/ very congested. For these kind of certification exams. One generally pays hefty amount as for exam fee. Candidate should expect better facilities. Not at all blaming this center, rather asking exam/ certification providers should look for better place.

The young girl at the reception was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot and helped me chose the right course. She understood me very well.
