I have ordred a phone from this phone retailer 10 days ago. It was supposed to sent within 48 hours. Immediately after payment l got a tracking lD of ups courier. But l have been tracking the product and it says, information unavailable. Meanwhile l got a phone call on the third day and one man told me that he is going to send the product on friday and it will reach to on monday. Today is Wednesday and still I haven't got my mobile. I think this website is a scam. Please do not buy anything from them. I called back to the number that the man called me n he doesn't have the courtesy to attend my call meanwhile he rejected my calls stright away. Hence the review posted.l lost about 169 pound which is hard earned money.l am totally appalled by the fact that we haven't got any where to complain and these people are roaming freely and still cheating public. No one cares.

At least Dick Turpin wore a mask! Very poor reviews, I wish I had seen them before ordering a phone from them. Communications are non existant or very poor. Phone never answered, emails promise reply but never do, Facebook 24 hour reply is a myth, After supplying faulty phone which was returned within one month for replacement or refund no acknowledgement received or any other communication. The rating was awarded because I could not post the review without giving them the one much begrudged star. They get that and my 88, robbers!

Ordered a new Nokia 3310 waited 2 months for a delivery date. The day the phone was supposed to arrive we received a phone call saying it is still not in stock. I requested a refund and it has been 3 weeks and the refund has stI'll not been authorised. Everytime I ring them they say someone will call you back but I have not yet received a call back. **do not use this company**

Brought a phone from this company two months ago (new) the flash stopped working sent 2 e mails no response whatsoever .I wanted a black samsung phone they sent me a white one it did not arrive when it should have done after sales service is rubbish I would give this company a miss
